We are looking for a Danish-speaking customer service representative for Gothenburg!

As a customer service employee, you have the very first contact with our customers. You are our voice out and about. With your enthusiasm, customer focus and strong communication skills, you ensure a smile on every customer's face. You will deal with customers' questions about various topics such as delivery times, products, prices and changes to orders.

Your role

- Advising customers on the best lighting products.

- Handling customer inquiries via chat, e-mail and phone.

- General administrative work for returns.

- Gathering information about customer needs, answering them and reporting any challenges to the supervisor or team leader.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Your profile

- Good communication and listening skills.

- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, because you work in an international environment.

- You can start in September.

- Want to work full-time or part-time, between 28 and 38 hours per week.

- Office located in Gothenburg.
