What will you do?
- Support customers by delivering top-tier service and assistance
- Handle administrative tasks associated with service operations
- Resolve order-related incidents effectively
- Assist with inquiries and issues during the purchasing process
- Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to different environments
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native in Danish (C2)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge from a user’s perspective
- Experience in face-to-face or contact center customer service is a plus
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
