Danish-Speaking Partnership Sales Manager in Stockholm


We are looking for a goal-driven and motivated Partnerships Sales Manager for a successful fintech client in Stockholm, Sweden


As a Partnerships Manager for our client, you are responsible for driving sales and growth by identifying and securing new partners as well as nurturing our client´s existing partners. A partner can be a Financial advisor reselling the company´s products or an Accountant providing financing for their customer base. Together with current and future partners you can really make a difference for small Businesses out there.


Your goal as Partnerships Manager is to increase our client´s awareness and reach among Danish small businesses in an efficient and innovative way. Your focus will be to create new partnerships and set a new standard for partnerships in financial solutions for small business owners. You will have full ownership and responsibility for the Danish market, which means you will drive the entire sales cycle from identifying new, potential collaborations to onboarding them as our new, long-term partners.

As they continue to expand, they are now looking for a driven Partnerships Manager for the Danish market!



  • Identify, target and acquire new partners
  • Organize meetings and workshops to effectively showcase our client´s value proposition
  • Be the expert on the Danish market and Danish partners
  • Analyze and track key metrics to identify opportunities to further develop existing partnerships
  • Be an active and contributing team player in our client´s Partnerships Team
  • Is highly motivated and driven
  • Has a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets
  • Will nail your elevator pitch in a 10-story building
  • Always comes up with new things to try, and knows exactly how to pitch your idea to get everyone on board
  • Likes to talk, never hesitates to pick up the phone and is fluent in both Danish and English
  • Excels in multitasking as that is essential in this dynamic role
  • Goes all in. Whether it's Fuzzball, Backgammon or signing new partners - our client´s team is a bunch of competitive people and hopefully you are too ;)


Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest:

  • Experience in sales, preferably B2B
  • Proven track record in great communication and negotiation skills
  • You may not be a developer, but you know what an API is
