Danish speaking Pre-collection Agent to Stockholm in Sweden

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Pre-collections Specialist to Stockholm in Sweden. Join a growing, fun and outgoing Customer Success team and help us take the Danish market to the next level!

The company offers loans in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands and also has an ongoing establishment in Brazil. Your job tasks

In the role Pre-collection Agent, your most important task is to ensure that the customers receive the best advice and service when they contact you by phone or email. It is essential that you are able to build trust and be able to understand the customer's needs and meet them at eye level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and helping our Danish customers with arranging payment agreements via several communication channels (phone, email and SMS)
• Handle questions and requests from our external collection companies, trustees and lawyers
• Help us continue to develop our (pre-) collection flow
• Occasionally help underwriting

• Native Danish speaker willing to move to Stockholm
• High school degree
• Higher education or experience within collection is an advantage
• Self-motivated with an ability to work well independently
• Curious and able to understand clients’ business needs, wants, and pain points
• Flexible and open minded
• Organized and able to multitask
