Join our international support team working from theor offices in Sofia and help the users get the most out of their devices. As a Danish Speaking Products Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers in Danish and English, solve product issues, and make every interaction a positive experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support users via chat, email, or phone with questions about the products and features
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Identify and report recurring bugs or technical problems to your supervisor
  • Collaborate with a team of friendly, international colleagues who love helping people

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Danish and good English (B1+) for training and internal communication
  • Basic knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems
  • A natural sense of empathy and customer focus
