What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts
Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
Evaluate the need for escalation
Put suppliers in contact with the client when necessary

REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
This role is a great match if you:
Have a high level of Danish (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2)
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases
Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient
