We are looking for a Danish-speaking Technical Support & User Enablement Expert to join the team of a globally recognized technology company. This role combines technical troubleshooting with user education, helping customers get the most out of their devices while providing an outstanding service experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- Provide inbound technical support and back office assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across platforms (Android, iOS, etc.)
- Guide users to optimize their use of tech products and services
- Work with advanced tools and internal knowledge bases
- Deliver exceptional customer experience with empathy and clarity
OFFER
- Fluency in Danish and strong English skills (B2+)

- Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
