About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with fluent Russian and strong English skills to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will help maintain a safe online environment by reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform policies, and identifying potential risks.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy analytical work, have strong decision-making skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review user-generated content, including text, images, and other back-office information, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Assess and take appropriate action on content that violates community guidelines or poses potential risks.

Apply internal policies accurately and consistently while staying up to date with guideline changes.

Identify trends and behavioral patterns to proactively detect fraud, spam, or other harmful activities.

Document decisions clearly and provide logical reasoning when required.

Collaborate with internal teams to support a safe and trusted digital environment.

What We're Looking For

Fluent Russian (written and spoken).

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.

Experience in fraud investigation, spam detection, content moderation, or trust & safety is an advantage but not required.
