REQUIREMENTS
Your Responsabilities:
- You will respond to customers inqueries via written channels (including social media).
- Encoding internal databases with information about consumers requests and share feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders.
- You need to inform customers about new features, functionalities and campaigns.
- You will be responsible to follow up the customers processes to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders.
Your abilities:
- Native/Fluent Dutch (Mandatory) + Fluent English
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
