REQUIREMENTS

Your Responsabilities: 

  • You will respond to customers inqueries via written channels (including social media).
  • Encoding internal databases with information about consumers requests and share feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders.
  • You need to inform customers about new features, functionalities and campaigns.
  • You will be responsible to follow up the customers processes to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders. 

 

Your abilities: 

  • Native/Fluent Dutch (Mandatory) + Fluent English 
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
OFFER
  • Base salary: 1000€ 
  • Meal Allowance: 7,40€ (per day in a meal card)
  • Language Bonus: 450€ (per month)

  • Contract directly with the client. 
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (8H to 19H - 8H per day)
