Adecco is looking for people that can join a team of skilled Dutch Customer Service representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in Telcom.                                                                          

 

Activities:                                                                                                      

  • Customer support by phone/email in order to solve questions and doubts;
  • Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts/questions/requests;
  • Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in contact center (preferable);
  • Experience in administrative areas (preferable);
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
  • Ability to manage stress and resilience;
  • Basic notions of computers.
  • Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B1)
OFFER
  • Rotating schedules 8h/day: 
  • Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 21:00 
  • Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 
  • Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00 (part-time is also an option)
  • Base Salary + Multiple Bonuses + Meal Allowance
  • Hybrid working system (at least once a week at the office) 
  • On-site paid training for 10 days 
  • Direct contract with the client
