As an Inbound Client Advisor, you work for the largest sustainable energy company in Europe. Your task is to provide people with the service they deserve.
Responsibilities
- People call you with questions about how to become a customer and how to sign a contract. You support them by answering their questions and using your commercial mindset to make the best offer.
- You provide new customers with sound advice and inform them about the products, services, and benefits.
- Your goal is to transform a potential customer into a satisfied new customer through excellent service.
REQUIREMENTS
- You make connections easily and are determined during conversations
- You speak Dutch at native or bilingual level and can express yourself well in English
- You like to take initiative and dare to take the lead in conversations
- You are a go-getter who enjoys working in a dynamic work environment
