As an Inbound Client Advisor, you work for the largest sustainable energy company in Europe. Your task is to provide people with the service they deserve.

Responsibilities

• People call you with questions about how to become a customer and how to sign a contract. You support them by answering their questions and using your commercial mindset to make the best offer.
• You provide new customers with sound advice and inform them about the products, services, and benefits.
• Your goal is to transform a potential customer into a satisfied new customer through excellent service.
