DESCRIPTION

You build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. As a Mid-Market Sales Account Executive, you are a seller for high-potential clients, focusing on C- and B-level relationship building. Using your influencing skills, industry marketing expertise, and business acumen, you help shape and evolve client objectives and identify opportunities for future growth. You test clients' short- and long-term goals, build strategy alongside Account Strategists and partners, and identify ways for Google to enhance clients' ability to meet their business and marketing objectives.
Your knowledge of online media, combined with communication skills and problem-solving abilities, enables you to design media strategies for growth based on customer objectives. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide high caliber solution selling, partnership management, and analysis to deliver successful outcomes. Using your commercial acumen, you uncover the business needs of our key clients and achieve their objectives while driving business agreements through our advertising solutions.
Ireland: €98000 - €100000 (EUR) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large-sized businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English, Dutch and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing, and promoting.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the Belgian market and meet quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Excellent thought leadership skills and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
