
DESCRIPTION
You will join a support team handling queries for one of the most recognized names in the gaming industry. The role involves assisting users with account issues, password resets, payment queries, and platform support. Communication channels include phone, email, and chat.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 20:00 (Dutch line only)
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Dutch (C2 level)
Good level of English for internal communication
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Clear criminal record
Comfortable using basic tech tools and handling multiple tasks
Training and Development:
2 weeks paid training followed by 3 weeks of nesting
Progression paths to shift manager or team leader
Time Off and Breaks:
21 days of annual leave plus one additional day off per year
Two 15-minute paid breaks per day

OFFER
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus (Work from home after 8 weeks depending on performance)
Salary: €1,350 gross/month, increasing to €1,400 after 6 months
Monthly Language Bonus: €150
Performance Bonus: Up to €250/month based on KPIs (AHT, productivity, NPS, quality, attendance)
Relocation Support (if moving to Cyprus):
Option 1: One-time €1,000 relocation payment after arrival
Option 2: Paid flight (up to €300) and one month of free company accommodation
Option to extend housing with partial cost covered
