Dutch Market Reviewer (weekends or full-time shifts)

Are you looking to develop your career in customer service and take on larger responsibilities in an exciting and growing environment? We are looking for Back Office Support team members with Dutch to work on our onsite project in Barcelona. We are looking to cover full-time and part-time roles.

Overview of tasks:

• Back office support only 
• Taking over general administrative tasks
• Provide online support for specific cases
• Achieving and ensuring the quality standards

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English
• Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship
• Affinity with back office services
• Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
• Goal-oriented work approach 
• Availability:
• Part-time: weekend shifts with flexible schedule OR
• Full-time: flexible working hours (24/7 shift system)
