What you’ll do
- Inbound customer service for bookings and purchases of services or goods
- Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts
- Represent the brand with a positive and professional attitude
- Handle changes, adjustments, complaints, and any other customer concerns
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2)
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Confident computer user
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
