DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role from Spain, with initial onboarding in Madrid.

About the Company

You’ll be joining an innovative SaaS company that provides advanced search solutions for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. With over 10,000 global customers, their product helps online stores improve user experience and significantly increase conversion rates.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies
  • Present customized solutions to clients
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and achieve targets
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably B2B SaaS)
  • Native/C2 German and B2 English
  • Experience in remote sales or high-performance environments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach
  • Results-driven with a strong motivation to succeed
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • Willing to relocate to Madrid for 2–4 weeks onboarding
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Spain

  • €30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (€15,000 OTE)
