Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Salary: €26,276 base + up to €3,408 bonus

About the Role
We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing Sales Ads team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll work closely with media and creative agencies, helping them grow their clients’ businesses through effective advertising solutions.
You’ll be responsible for building new partnerships, managing the full sales cycle, and turning agencies into long-term clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, pitching, and closing deals in a dynamic, digital environment.

What You’ll Do
• Build and grow a pipeline by proactively reaching out to new agency partners through calls, emails, and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals
• Turn qualified leads from the BDR team into new business opportunities
• Understand each agency’s clients and goals, then recommend tailored advertising strategies
• Present solutions such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads in a clear and compelling way
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with agency stakeholders
• Run regular check-ins to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and support campaign success
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, keeping partners informed on new features and best practices
• Keep Salesforce updated with accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting data
• Work closely with the BDR team to improve lead quality and targeting

What We’re Looking For
• Native or C2-level Dutch and strong English (C1+)
• Experience in digital advertising sales, media agencies, or client-facing roles
• Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
• Comfortable with outbound sales and managing your own pipeline
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Good understanding of how agencies operate and how they work with clients
• Familiarity with platforms like Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
