We are looking for a motivated and resilient Dutch-speaking Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic, tech-focused team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy helping businesses grow through digital advertising solutions.
You will work closely with Dutch-market clients, supporting them from onboarding through to campaign optimization, while driving growth, engagement, and long-term success. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help both emerging startups and established businesses unlock their full potential through data-driven PPC strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Advisory: Guide new clients through onboarding and develop tailored PPC strategies aligned with their business goals.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive outbound sales efforts, increase client investment, and identify upselling opportunities.
Market Engagement: Identify and engage high-potential Dutch businesses, including fast-growing “future unicorns.”
Account Management: Manage a high volume of accounts with accuracy, ensuring CRM data is consistently updated.
Performance Targets: Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-oriented environment.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Optimization: Adapt quickly to client needs and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Marketing/Communications preferred).
C2 level Dutch and strong English communication skills.
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management in a target-driven environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, preferably PPC/Google Ads.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-based role.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI tools and data-driven sales workflows.
Understanding of the Dutch digital marketing ecosystem.
