Your Role
📞 Support Dutch customers through phone, email, and sometimes chat — always with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
🗂️ Log each interaction accurately in the CRM system to keep everything running smoothly.
🤝 Be an active team player — share feedback, join initiatives, support colleagues, and help create smarter, more collaborative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Fluent Dutch speaker — confident, clear, and customer-focused.
✈️ Ready to relocate to Greece (or already there!), with vibrant Athens as the main destination.
🌍 Strong English skills (B2) to communicate with your international team.
🪪 Able to provide essential documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate).
