• Option 1: €1,150 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in shared housing)
• Option 2: €1,409 gross/month without accommodation
Job Overview
To support this world leading coffee company's customers, act as a brand ambassador and continually elevate the customer experience throughout the customer's lifecycle, transforming each point of contact into opportunities to create brand engagement, trust and loyalty, with a 1st point of contact mindset. Besides Flemish/Dutch you will also handle the English language by voice, email and chat.
Job Activities
Part of your daily activities will be:
Serving customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, identifying, understanding and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations.
Achieving high customer satisfaction through personalized, professional communication by applying brand tone to every touch point and situation
Using all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue.
Being the ambassador and have specialized knowledge of the coffee products, sustainability services and commitments, continuously learns and takes advantage of new knowledge and skills in his own work.
Creating sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influencing the mix of coffee, high value customers, size or order value through genuine interest in customers and their habits, taking advantage of relevant offers.
Working hours
40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern ,Monday to Sunday from 7am to 7pm.
