DESCRIPTION

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Role: Dutch speaking E-commerce Advisor

Salary: 1300€ gross per month + up to 200€ monthly performance bonus. 

Relocation:  Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, up to 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

For their e-commerce client, they are looking for enthusiastic Customer Advisors to support the Dutch market.

 

The Role

Join our client's e-commerce project as a Customer Advisor and embark on an exciting journey of delivering exceptional customer service in their CX delivery centre. You will provide assistance and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience on the online platform. This is a ulti-channel support role, where you assist your customers via phone, email and live chat.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Good command of English
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with patience and composure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.
