Are you fluent in Estonian and English and interested in working with popular digital products? We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join an international customer-support team in Sofia
REQUIREMENTS
* Provide customer care and non-technical troubleshooting
* Support users of Play Store, Google Pay, Google for Families, Books, Movies, and other digital services
* Communicate with customers by phone, chat, and email
* Resolve enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Deliver a positive customer experience
