Your mission

Help customers navigate digital products and services with confidence.

As a Junior Digital Products Assistant, you will be the friendly point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, chat, and email. You will answer questions, provide basic guidance and non-technical troubleshooting, and make sure users receive clear and helpful solutions.

You will also keep customer records accurate and escalate more complex cases when additional support is needed.

What you bring

Fluent Estonian and very good English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer literacy and comfortable typing skills.

Willingness to learn new digital tools and processes.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Your schedule

09:00–17:00 | Monday–Sunday

The operation runs Monday to Sunday, with working days and days off organized according to a schedule.
