Cruise Ship Bar Operations Team

We are looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members to join our onboard Bar Operations team. In this role, you will deliver fast, high-quality beverage service while upholding strict brand, safety, and hygiene standards across various ship venues.

Positions Available:

• Bar Utility: Setup and breakdown of bars and pantries, restocking, glassware handling, strict cleaning and sanitation (USPH/HACCP), and peak-time service support.

• Bar Server: Taking orders and serving beverages in lounges and pool deck areas, verifying guest ID/age, operating POS terminals, upselling specials, and processing payments.

• Bartender: Crafting classic and signature cocktails according to recipes, managing station mise en place, overseeing stock and waste control, and mentoring junior team members.

. As a member of the Bar Operations team, key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering guest-focused bar service with speed, accuracy, and compliance

• Preparing beverages strictly according to recipes and brand standards

• Maintaining strict cleanliness and hygiene standards (USPH/HACCP)

• Managing POS systems and cash/card handling

• Restocking and controlling inventory across stations

• Coordinating seamlessly with restaurant and events teams

. Essential / Requirements:

• Good level of spoken English

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or bar operations

• High energy, guest-first attitude, and readiness to live and work at sea
