DESCRIPTION
Hilton Malta is seeking for a Part Time Finance Assistant (approx. 25hr week) with a focus on the following responsibilities;
- Responsible for credit card data input / bank commission statements to support credit card reconciliations.
- Supporting the Income Audit function in routine daily tasks.
- Supporting the Cashiering function.
- Supporting the Accounts Payable function: covering payment preparations and posting/checking of invoices through Material Controls and Accounting System.
- Support other sections within the Finance Team when required – Accounts Receivable (Invoicing to clients.
- Provide support in adhoc finance related project works as may be required from time to time.
