Your Role:
- Assist customers via calls, live chat, and email.
- Handle account, payment, and verification processes (KYC).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide feedback to improve our services.
- Fluent in Finnish (written & spoken).
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Passion for sports and casino.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
