Your Role:

  • Assist customers via calls, live chat, and email.
  • Handle account, payment, and verification processes (KYC).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to improve our services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Finnish (written & spoken).
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Passion for sports and casino.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent knowledge of Finnish language, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience from Customer Service / iGaming
  • A keen interest in sports and casino
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to adapt to shift work
  • Able to multitask
