French Administrative Assistant

customer satisfaction.
Looking for long-term committed candidates to develop a career in Administrative and Customer support, with an excellent native level of French and previous admin-relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the proposals for joining insurances;
- Ensure the payment of complementary health benefits;
- Ensure payment of benefits to our networks of healthcare professionals;
- Manage customer service and telephone service with our customers.
- This back-office function is mainly oriented towards administrative activity;
- Telephone service of incoming calls in insurance consulting will be provided punctually, after complete training in.
- health insurance management.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of previous experience in administrative jobs;
- Excellent Native level of French;
- Long-term commitment and settled in Lisbon;
- Able to work with objectives and productivity;
- Preferably experience within the insurance industry;
