French Customer Service Advisor

Must be in Athens Greece

An opportunity to work for a large French online banking organisation located in heart of Athens Greece. You will have the chance to add an emerging brand onto your CV that can potentially lead to a future career working in financial services or financial technology industry.

To apply for this role, you must be a C2 French speaker and B2 English speaker.

As a customer service advisor, you will be speaking to customers within the French market on the phone, email, and webchat. Your role will be supporting customers with any queries to do with updating details, upgrading accounts and any issues getting into their account.
