Responsibilities
Review and moderate online content, posted in the French market
Ensure that all information uploaded by users follows guidelines based on client policies;
Become familiar with community policies and standards;
Provide and track best practices used to better achieve client KPIs;
Utilize knowledge gained to propose ideas for improvement internally or externally.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile
Fluent in French and good command of English (not mandatory)
Willing to start an international experience – work abroad
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
Experience in customer service (preferred)
