Fully Remote Support with DE, FR, NL, HU, IT, PL, RO and English.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working with different channels, offering great customer service;
* Emphasizing with customers and making sure that their needs are met in a timely manner;
* Documenting and keeping track of calls by updating the database regularly;
* Updating and maintaining your knowledge offered products and services;
* Contributing to improving the process and business performance by giving suggestions and applying new methods;
* Working as a part of a team, maintaining good work atmosphere and striving towards achieving the KPI’s.
Requirements:
* Fluency in one of the primary languages (German, French, Dutch, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Romanian ) and English;
* High School education and good PC navigation and typing abilities;
* 3 to 6 month of relevant experience is preferable;
* Customer-focused, with great interpersonal skills and manners;
* Friendly, open and empathetic, both towards the customers and colleagues;
* Motivated, ready to lean and constantly improve.
