German cryptocurrency support agent

Are you a German speaker living in Porto, who loves subjects like cryptocurrencies and digital coins?

We are looking for German speaking candidates, with excellent English skills, to work for a big multinational in a project with a famous cryptocurrency agency, with a permanent contract.

If you are not living in Porto at the moment, don't worry: relocation benefits may be granted to help you move to the city!

• You will be in charge of helping customers of the agency with any information or help they might need - your contact will be mainly by written form (chat, email, application) and also by telephone - so you must be fluent both in written and spoken German.
• This is a full-time job (8h + 1h lunch), on site in the city center of Porto (not possible to work remotely).
• The office is quite next to Francos metro station and Casa da Música / Boavista. You must be available to take a full 8h shift from Monday to Sunday, in the time frame between 7am and 10pm - for example, one month working in a shift from 7 to 4pm, next month between 1pm and 10pm). You will always have 2 days off per week, rotative.

What we are looking for?

• German fluent candidates (written and spoken)

• High School diploma (minimum)
• Availability to work on-site in the city center of Porto (next to Boavista)
• Availability to take a full-time shift within the time-frame that starts at 7am and finishes at 10pm, from Monday to Sunday (rotative days off)
• Excellent communication skills
• Team spirit
