Join our international team in Lisbon and take your passion for technology to the next level. As an On-site German-speaking Technical Customer Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high-quality technical assistance and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. Your role:
  • Provide customer support in German via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with pre-sales questions, and handle general inquiries
  • Document cases accurately in English in the internal ticketing system
  • Work closely with other technicians to resolve or escalate more complex issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a strong brand reputation

What we offer:
  • Total yearly package: €18,500 (€15,400 base + €240 transport allowance gross + €1,740 net meal allowance + €1,100 complexity bonus)
  • €3,000 welcome bonus in your first year
