Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: German speaking Customer Data and Pricing Maintenance Specialist
Salary: Gross annual salary package: 27,076 € plus potential monthly performance bonus of 226 € gross.
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week - Mon to Fri between 8am - 5pm

The Role:
As a Customer Data and Pricing Maintenance Specialist you will handle customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance. It's your responsibility to guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to clients. You will respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees and you will ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization’s pricing strategy. Besides this, you will undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as requested.

Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous relevant experience in customer service as well as in a data maintenance role (Pricing)
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
