In Majorel we are looking for a customer service representative to support one of our amazing new projects where you can thrive and grow your career!
As a customer support representative, you will be in charge of understanding and identifying the customer needs. Clarifying inquiries about service and technical requirements via email, chat and phone.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
Complete fluency in German and conversational English for training purposes
Good technical understanding.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Be an active user of social media platforms. This is not a must but definitely a bonus point.
Experience within customer service or contact center environments will be valued
What are we offering?
Contracts of 39h/week (Full time) Monday to Sunday with at least 2 weekends of per month.
We also have part time positions. These positions are ideal for international students or athletes.
Salary higher than average for similar positions + bonus for weekends and bank holidays.
Initial training and continued personal coaching
Our relocation team can help you with accommodation and paperwork if needed.

Most of the time you can work from home, also you can come to our stunning office in Alicante, spotted in one of the best venues of the city with easy access by public transport from nearby towns like Calpe, Benidorm, Elche, Torrevieja etc.
