💼 Your Responsibilities
- Create and acquire new customers within a defined sales area.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Generate new business by creating interest and engaging with potential customers at an early stage.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their business needs.
- Present software and IT solutions in a clear and persuasive way.
- Support the company’s growth by securing new opportunities and contributing to sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level German and fluent English, both verbal and written.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Account Executive.
- Alternatively, at least 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR.
- Previous experience in software, IT products, services, or solutions is highly valued.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident working with small and medium-sized business clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and generate new business.
- Interest in technology, software, and SaaS sales environments.
OFFER
- Permanent contract with a starting date on June 2026.
- Gross annual salary of €26,000 plus uncapped bonus.
- Bonus scheme: €200 gross for deals closed worth up to €10,000.
- Bonus scheme: €300 gross for deals closed worth above €10,000.
- Flexible work model: choose between hybrid or fully remote work, based on your preference.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.
- Work equipment provided by Salescode.
- Onsite presence at the Salescode Athens premises required during the first 1–2 weeks of training, with expenses covered.
- Occasional onsite presence required when clients visit, around 2–3 times per year, with expenses covered.
