German Speaking Customer Advisor, Provide assistance for a respect car manufacturers, while working remote from Greece
Inbound calls, emails and chats. Helping with digital products and applications. Troubleshoot mobile networks, internet connectivity.
REQUIREMENTS
C2 Level German B2 English for communicating with the rest of the company not only with German team.
Technical support for digital products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries related to Connect, electromobility and overall assistance with using their German Luxury Car.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Basic understanding of SIM cards, SD cards, mobile networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. You should be comfortable using smartphones and internet apps, and passionate about delivering a good service to your customer.
OFFER
Salary: 1,300 - 1,500 EUR
150 euros customer satisfaction Bonus.
Work from Home: within Greece.
Flight to Greece and three months of free accommodation - or cash bonus instead of accommodation.
