Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we are launching their new project with German language.

 

  • As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.
  • Primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us
  • Be the front line of our services and one of our greatest strengths.
  • Act with professionalism and politeness
  • Efficiently solve issues to enhance maximum possible customer satisfaction

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
  • Good command of English, both written and verbalm is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • High school education minimum
