???? Your Responsibilities
- Provide presales support to German-speaking users through phone, online channels, and email.
- Answer product-related questions and offer guidance on camera drones and related solutions.
- Support potential customers with purchase recommendations and order-related topics.
- Assist users with invoice questions, stock availability, shipping status, and logistics exceptions.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and service processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have at least a B2 level of German.
- You have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers through phone, online channels, and email.
- You are customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle questions, doubts, and complaints professionally.
- You are interested in technology, drones, cameras, or innovative digital products.
- You are proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment.
- You are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- You are based in the Lisbon area.
OFFER
- Full-time position with 40 working hours per week.
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.
- 8-hour working days plus a lunch break.
- Paid training to prepare you for the role, including product, software, and customer management training.
- Base salary with holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments.
