DESCRIPTION
Are you a German speaker with sales experience and a strong interest in B2B lead generation? Join an international sales team in Greece and work on a professional networking project, helping businesses connect with the right solutions and move through the sales funnel.
In this role, your main day-to-day activity will be engaging with potential business clients through video meetings, phone calls, email and social media outreach. You will qualify leads, manage your sales pipeline and support prospects during the early stages of their buying journey.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities.
- Engage regularly with potential clients through video meetings, phone calls, email and social media outreach.
- Identify and contact decision-makers or alternative points of contact using tools such as Sales Navigator.
- Qualify leads and understand business needs before moving prospects further through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team to continue the customer journey.
- Track and report your daily, monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
- Follow defined sales cadences and response-time SLAs.
- Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are a native or fluent German speaker.
- You have a strong level of English, both written and spoken. Internal communication and training are in English.
- You have at least 1.5 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally in tech, IT sales, digital advertising or B2B sales.
- You have solid knowledge of business development and lead qualification.
- Experience in lead generation is a strong advantage.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- You have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- You can work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- You have experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
- Knowledge of digital advertising is considered a plus.
OFFER
- Salary: €1,350 gross/month
- Monthly project bonus: €350 gross/month
- Quarterly performance-based bonus of up to €900 gross
- Full-time contract: 40 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
- On-site work in Greece for the first 5 months
- Possibility to move to a hybrid model later, based on performance: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
