You will be responsible for expanding the business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, owning the full sales cycle and becoming a trusted advisor to hospitality businesses looking to scale their revenue.

You will work with a high-performing international sales team focused on building the #1 hospitality SaaS platform in the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → closing
  • Drive new business via outbound outreach, pipeline development, trade fairs, and CRM discipline
  • Run online and in-person meetings with decision-makers
  • Present value-driven solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Native German (C2) and strong English (B2+)
  • 1–3 years experience in SaaS / software / services sales
  • Proven performance in target-driven environments
  • CRM experience and structured sales methodology
