The Role

  • As Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager, you will play a key role in scaling and leading a high-performing sales organization while contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • You will manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs, setting a strong performance culture and ensuring consistent execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Respo1nsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal support, and ongoing training
  • Drive expansion across strategic markets and help shape scalable sales processes
  • Collaborate closely with Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure strong sales execution, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRM usage
  • Actively contribute to deals, strategy, and commercial excellence

  • Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record as an individual contributor
  • Proven experience leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales execution, forecasting, and scalable revenue processes
