Regarding your field of responsibilities:
As a Content Moderator, you will help create a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and moderating content according to company policies and community standards. You will work as part of an international team and ensure a consistently high level of quality.
Reviewing and moderating online content according to company policies
Ensuring platform content complies with community and safety standards
Identifying and appropriately handling content that violates guidelines
Handling sensitive or repetitive content with professionalism and accuracy
Maintaining high quality standards
Documenting cases and following internal processes accurately
Collaborating with international colleagues in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile:
Fluent German and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
Comfortable working with sensitive or repetitive content
Able to work independently as well as within a team
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable mindset
Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or technical support is an advantage
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Motivated to relocate to Bulgaria and gain international experience
