DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists with German, for a fast growing Gaming company with their seat in beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria!


Start: 14th of April
Salary: 3800 BGN / month (around 1950€)
Welcome Bonus: 2000 BGN (around 1000€)
Relocation: Travel costs + 2 weeks of hotel in the city center (with breakfast)
Optional: Advanced payment on salary

Your typical day:

As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.

REQUIREMENTS
What you need to have is:
  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in sports
  • Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • High school education
