Join the Airplus project as a Bilingual Customer Support Agent. You'll assist clients in resolving transaction and credit card inquiries, primarily in German, through phone and email. Benefit from comprehensive paid training and enjoy a relocation package to help you settle in smoothly!

What will you do?
- Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
- Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
- Provide support via phone and email
- Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
- Work Monday to Friday, 9:00–20:00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Native in German
- High level of English
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and professional
- Eligible to work in Spain starting october / November 2025
