Key Responsibilities:

Sales-Oriented Role:
- Primary responsibility is handling inbound calls to close hotel reservations in German.
- Must have previous sales experience and a strong commercial profile.
Customer Service Duties:
- Handle additional support-related tasks for a major hotel chain.

Contract & Compensation:

Type: Permanent (with 2-month trial period)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: €1,791.66 gross per month / €21,500 gross per year
Sign-On Bonus: €1,500 gross
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekends
- Shift times between 09:00 and 20:00

Training:

Start Date: 2nd March 2026
Format: On-site
Duration:
- Mon–Thu: Split shift from 09:00–18:00
- Fri: Straight shift from 09:00–16:00
Training is paid and included in the contract
