Responsibilities
Support existing customers with technical and accounting inquiries via phone, chat, and ticket system
Conduct online product demonstrations to present software solutions tailored to customer needs
Identify customer needs and collaborate with the sales department
Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- Native-level German, C2, and strong English skills, minimum B2
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Interest in technology and IT solutions
- Windows and Mac user knowledge
- University degree in economics or relevant commercial or technical training is preferred
- Independent, solution-oriented, and team-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with customers
Compensation
- €1,785 x 14 salaries
- €200 monthly meal allowance
- Approximate annual base salary of €25,000
- Up to 20 percent performance bonus
- Stock options between 5 and 15 percent annually
- Regular salary reviews
