This is a great opportunity to join them as a German-speaking 1^st line Support/Customer service agent, working for this search engine giant in Lisbon (Portugal).

Accommodation is provided if required - No deposits required. 

What Will I get?

Full time position, working 5, 8 hour shifts, across Monday-Sunday - no late nights or early mornings.

Full cafe and restaurant on site.

What will I be doing?

• Supporting business users of this major ad platform in setting up and first publishing
• Assisting customers with payment queries and support questions in this complex environment
• After training, you will assist them with more technical issues by phone/chat/email.
• Identifying and solving general inquiries and concerns and escalate them appropriately.
• Be able to multitask, as you will be speaking to partners via phone, email, and web chat
• Training is provided and fully paid.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• C2 level in German and B2 English
