We are looking for native/bilingual German or Dutch speakers with a high level of English, for a Consumer Experience Executive position in one of the top sports and health brands globally.
Our client is a well-known Japanese multinational corporation which produces footwear and sports equipment designed for a wide range of sports. In Barcelona's engagement center they have a Consumer Experience department to manage all kind of requirements from users of the brand.
You will be part of the Customer Service Experience department performing the following functions:
- Incident management of orders.
- Management of product returns.
- Resolution of doubts and queries regarding orders and shipments.
- Order tracking.
- Associated administrative tasks.
