For one of our clients - а firm providing customer experience technology with outsourced
sales, support, and business process services for large corporations, we are looking for
– Global Marketplace Support Specialist with Italian and English.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver outstanding support to customers, sellers, and creators by addressing inquiries with
empathy, clarity, and professionalism;
*Investigate and resolve issues efficiently to help maintain a secure, reliable, and high-quality
platform experience;
*Partner with cross-functional teams to manage escalations and ensure timely, end-to-end case resolution;
*Identify patterns in user concerns and propose proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction
and prevent recurring problems;
*Nurture positive, trust-based relationships with sellers, helping them succeed and grow on
the platform;
*Adhere to internal processes and contribute to special projects and new initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
*Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate
clearly and confidently;
*Previous experience in customer support, ideally within e-commerce, tech platforms, or a
fast-paced online environment;
*Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess complex issues and deliver
effective, practical solutions;
*A true team player who collaborates well across departments and thrives in a global, multicultural setting;
*Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering
exceptional service;
*Comfortable navigating change and working independently in a dynamic, evolving work environment.

Our client offers:
*Full-time position (40h/week), shifts from 08:00–17:00, Monday to Sunday; open-ended
contract with a 30-day trial period;
*Competitive salary with role/language bonuses and performance incentives;
*Daily meal allowance and holiday/Christmas bonuses (monthly or lump sum);
*22 business days of annual leave + extra pay for working on Portuguese public holidays;
*Support with accommodation, travel costs, and initial financial assistance;
*Paid training from day one; medical and dental insurance after 6 months;
*Documentation support for non-Portuguese citizens.
