Hebrew-Speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Salary: €27,215.57 gross/year + performance bonus up to €3,265.87

About the Role

As a Hebrew-Speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you’ll work with newly acquired clients to help them launch and scale high-performing PPC campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding advertisers through strategy, setup, and optimization while identifying growth opportunities and driving increased ad spend.

This role combines consultative sales, digital marketing strategy, and client relationship management in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Candidates must have either EU Passport OR Spanish work permit already in place.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients, advising them on PPC strategy and campaign setup
  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital advertising solutions
  • Understand each client’s business goals and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Build strategic, results-driven campaigns with both short-term impact and long-term scalability
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive increased campaign spend
  • Manage a high daily volume of client interactions via phone
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
  • C2-level fluency in Hebrew and English
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in a client-facing or high-pressure environment
  • Strong ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Extensive CRM experience managing complex customer relationships
  • Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and interpreting AI insights for personalized outreach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment
  • Proactive, competitive, and self-motivated mindset
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and drive growth
  • Advanced competitor analysis and strategic recommendation skills
  • Customer-first approach with a strong focus on client experience
  • Specialized Experience for the Israeli Market
  • Deep understanding of Israeli business culture and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and intelligence influences on business decision-making
